Alberto Cei

Alberto Cei is Founding Partner of SURE started-up in September 2021.
Before founding SURE, Alberto was a Managing Director in Natixis, where he set up and headed the Energy Infrastructure practice in Italy since 2007.
He was also one of the 5 Power&Renewables Industry Bankers of the bank at global level.

Alberto has more than 24 years experience in originating, structuring, managing and distributing transactions across the energy, infrastructure and telecom sectors.

Alberto has a strong record of awards having closed many “market first” transactions including among others the First Italian Project Bond, the First European Interconnector Project Finance and the Italian PPP.

Previously, Alberto worked for WestLB AG Milan and for SanPaolo IMI, London Branch where he has been involved in international transactions in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America in the energy sector.
He began his career in the management consulting firm AT Kearney.

Alberto holds a Master Degree (with hons) from the Berkeley University (USA) and an MSc in Industrial Engineering.

 

Ivan Aloi

Partner

Ivan Aloi is Founding Partner of SURE and has a long track record of bringing complex and structured transactions to financial close across different infrastructure sectors.

Before founding SURE, Ivan contributed since 2008 to launch and expand the Energy Infrastructure desk of Natixis Milan whereby as a Director he managed, supervised and worked in many of the most innovative and “market first” transactions closed in the Italian market in the renewable and infrastructure sector.

In more than 17 years’ experience he structured, arranged, closed and distributed transaction in the renewable sector, transportation and social, oil gas.

Previously, Ivan worked in Marsh Mc Lennan providing insurance advisory services for non recourse project financing in different sectors, with focus on renewable energy and transportation social infrastructures He began his career in a broker house in London in the team in charge of structuring and sale of hedging products for Italian financial institutions and insurance companies.

Ivan graduated with honors in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan and has gained international academic experiences at Uppsala University in Sweden.

 

Riccardo Bariola Bon

Managing Director

Riccardo Bariola Bon joined SURE in 2024, bringing an extensive experience in investment banking in the Industrial and Business Services sectors.

Riccardo has over 20 years of M&A advisory experience, working on numerous transactions for private equity firms, public and privately-held companies, including family-owned businesses. His
experience includes sell-side and buy-side transactions, domestic and cross-border.

Prior to joining SURE, he was an M&A Senior Director of Lincoln International, a global investment bank mainly providing M&A and Debt Advisory services. Previously, Riccardo served as Chief
Financial Officer to Zanotta, a leading Italian home furnishings design company. He also worked as a Corporate Development Specialist at Manuli Rubber Industries, an Italian multinational company operating in the hydraulic, automotive and oil & marine sectors. His work history includes tenures as an Analyst at ING Barings and at PwC.

Riccardo achieved a degree in Business Administration from the LIUC University and a Master degree in Corporate Finance from the Bocconi University of Milan.

 

Davide Petraroli

Director

Davide Petraroli joined SURE from its foundation in 2021 bringing an extensive experience in investment banking and private equity in the Infrastructure and Energy sector.

Prior to becoming a member of SURE, Davide worked at ValeCap, an Investment Banking boutique in Milan advising clients in M&A and debt advisory transactions in the renewable, energy and infrastructure sectors; before that, he was an Investment Executive between Paris and Luxembourg at Cube Infrastructure Managers, a multi billion infrastructure fund where he worked across several transactions in the Energy sector on a pan European level.

Davide began his career in investment banking working with Banca Euromobiliare in the Corporate Finance Advisory Division in Milan.

Davide holds a Master of Science in Management from the Bocconi University, and has gained international academic experiences at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore and Toulouse Business School.

 

Riccardo De Nardi

Vice President

Riccardo De Nardi joined SURE in May 2022.

Before becoming a member of SURE, Riccardo worked in the Energy, Infrastructure & Environment team of Mazars where he gained a strong experience in the valuation, financial advisory and financial modelling of renewable energy & Infrastructure projects; before that, he was part of the renewable investment team at Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR, with a main focus on the acquisition of photovoltaic projects in greenfield and secondary market.

Riccardo began his career as an investment analyst in a private equity fund focused on SMEs acquisitions located in Northeast Italy.

Riccardo graduated with honors in Economics and Finance from the University in Padua and has gained international academic experiences at Bochum University in Germany.

 

Roberto Rainone

Analyst

Roberto Rainone joined SURE in October 2021.

Roberto holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

He focuses on financial modelling and execution of M&A and debt transactions.

 

Alex Dazio

Analyst

Alex Dazio joined SURE in February 2024.

Alex holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.

Giovanni Centini

Analyst

Giovanni Centini joined SURE in May 2024

Giovanni holds a Master of Science in Transformative Sustainability from Bocconi University and Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics & Economics from Bocconi University with an exchange semester at Singapore Management University.

He focuses on financial modelling and execution of M&A and debt transactions.

 

Pierre Debray

Senior Advisor

Pierre Debray joined SURE in January 2024 as a Senior Advisor in the Paris office. Before, Pierre was member of Natixis' Senior Management Committee and Chief Risk Officer since 2017

Pierre has over 35 years of experience in corporate and investment banking in France and abroad He joined Natixis in 2010 in Paris as head of the Export, Project, Aviation and Shipping Finance business lines. In 2012 he was appointed to the Executive Committee as head of Global Finance.

He left Natixis at the end of 2020 to create a company focusing on providing technical expertise to the governance of financial institutions. He is also an independent non-executive director and President of the Board Risk Committee of the European subsidary of ABC Bank, and a Senior Advisor of M&A firms Nemrod Finance in Paris.

Previously, Pierre worked in the Project Finance department and as Chief Credit Risk Officer for Credit Lyonnais (NY, Sao Paolo, and Paris branches), and as Head of Latam for CACIB, where he was also directly involved in major cross-border M&A transactions in the region.

Pierre Debray is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (France) and holds a Master's degree in Economic and Engineering Systems from Stanford University in the United States.

 

Alexandre Renaudin

Vice President

Alexandre Renaudin joined SURE in July 2024.

Before becoming a member of SURE, Alexandre worked in the Climate and Industrial Technology team of Bryan, Garnier & Co where he gained a strong experience in the valuation, financial advisory and financial modelling of cross border deals in the Cleantech & Renewable Energy sectors. Before that, he was part of the Transaction Services team of Deloitte in Paris, working on financial Due Diligence for various LBOs projects, both as sell side and buy side advisor.

Alexandre graduated from the Grande Ecole program of Audencia Business School.

 

Georges Hochmann

Associate

Georges Hochmann joined SURE in July 2024.

Before becoming a member of SURE, Georges worked as an Associate at PwC Corporate Finance where he gained a strong experience in the valuation, financial advisory and financial modelling of French and cross border deals in multiple sectors and, in particular, in the Renewable Energy sector. Before that, he was part of the Edge Graduate Program at PwC France where he worked in the Valuation and Business Modelling team and the Corporate Finance team on a variety of deal type and size with a focus on modelling in infrastructure deals.

Georges graduated from the Grande Ecole program of EDHEC Business School, he also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

 

Francisco Aleixo

Senior Advisor

Francisco Aleixo joined SURE in September 2024 as a Senior Advisor in the United Emirates representative office.

Francisco has over 28 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, mainly in renewable energy, in leading global companies where he led the development of projects and M&A transactions across Europe and the MENA region.

He joined Altaaqa Renewable Energy in 2019 as General Manager and also served as Head of Renewable Energy and Hydrogen at Altaaqa, both companies being part of the Zahid Group conglomerate in Saudi Arabia. He held these roles until 2023 Previously, Francisco held several senior positions in the business development and M&A departments at Masdar in the UAE and worked as Country manager for Acciona Energy in Portugal.

Francisco also has an entrepreneurial journey, being the founder of several companies in the construction, real estate, and renewable energy sectors. He was a founding member and Program Director of MENA Solar Energy, one of the first renewable energy companies in the MENA region Francisco graduated in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa,Portugal.
