• SURE supported Peridot Solar in the refinancing of a 177MW portfolio in Italy.
• The portfolio was operating on a full merchant basis

SURE supported Belenergia as Debt Advisor for an Eur 60m HoldCo Structured Corporate Loan to finance capex, devex and general corporate purposes

• The financing has been strutcured as a structured corporate loan at the HoldCo level and it is based of a tailor-made approach typical for a structure finance with the flexibiity of a corporate loan
• The financial structure proved to be one of the most effective financing in the market for these kind of transactions both in terms of structure and cost
• The loan could be utiized to finace capex (including equity needs at the projects level), refinance existing debt and finance corporate needs including development
• The Security Package is very innovative for transactions of this kind and it could be considered as a "market-first" whcih could pave the way to other similar transactions
• The finacing received a strong interest from the banking market and it has been closed by Monte dei Paschi di Siena, CDP and UniCredit
