SURE is a sector-focused firm launched in September 2021 by professionals with a strong experience in investment banking in the energy and infrastructure sectors. 

SURE provides independent corporate finance advice to companies, institutional investors and developers with a focus on sustainability, energy and green transition

Our strategy is to provide a holistic approach coupling sector-specific tasks and the traditional M&A / Debt Advisory services.

SURE fosters innovative financial solutions for corporates and investors based on a team with a well-recognized capabilities and consolidated network of relationships with the leading financial and industrial players.
